I found this recipe on my AdvoCare site in the product recipes section. For us, it is a little bit more of clean cheating than clean eating, but it is good and is a fun way to add some nutrition into your diet. Just don’t eat the whole pan of them…in one sitting. Because it is easy to. I will post the original recipe and what I actually used to clean it up as much as possible. THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY GOOD.
HEALTHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (Y’all know how I feel about the word “healthy”- I would consider these nutritious, not so much “healthy”)
1 (17.5 oz.) package chocolate chip cookie mix (I used Pillsbury Gluten Free mix because the first ingredient wasn’t sugar. It was in the list, but it wasn’t in the first 3 ingredients, and that’s my usual rule.)
1/2 cup margarine, soft (I used organic unsalted butter, and you could also substitute in coconut oil)
2 tablespoons water
1 (2.08 oz.) package AdvoCare Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake powder
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat well until soft dough forms. Drop by teaspoons two inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake according to cookie package directions. Makes 36 cookies.
