The husband’s oatmeal for tomorrow:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 t sugar free pineapple apricot preserves
Frozen pineapple chunks, to fill the jar

Layer in a mason jar, shake up, and sit in the fridge overnight. Try not to add rum. Don’t forget to wear sunscreen.
