Too bad.  It doesn’t happen that way.  Stop being lazy and making excuses.  Fix your problem, stop avoiding it and justifying it with, “I’m too busy.”  You’re not too busy, you are too lazy.  Don’t expect your health to be handed to you.  A diet isn’t going to make you healthier or lose sustained weight, a lifestyle change will.

 

There.  I said it.  I hope that is the wake up call someone needed.
